Our sustainable commitment
We use 3D printing and Paulownia wood for the core of our Osprey set and tail wings using a bio-sourced filament. Our front wing molds are made with only 3 kgs of biosourced plastic while these molds are usually made of 100 kgs of Aluminium.
We engage ourselves to reduce overwastage of material, time and units.
Indeed, we store the minimum amount of gear to stay reactive to orders and offer every rider the opportunity to recondition products.
Our process of creation
A good product starts with a good design scope. We create our foils to answer specific needs and practices identified from the riders. Tarifa truly is an amazing play ground to experience user’s goals and define clear objectives. Once we’ve defined the main characteristic for a new front wing model, we perform fluid analysis on dedicated website - XFLR5 and OpenFoam to get very precise results matching reality in a surprisingly accurate way. After a few iterations on the shape - 3D outlines and profile repartition - we are ready to make a first sample.
ONIX HYDROFOIL RANGE
The moderately thick profile section with its rounded leading edge becomes thinner at the tips offering speed, control, stability and stall-resistance.
Distances between front wing - mast and mast tail wing have been studied very carefully to give the best sensations in the water.
Every model/size comes with a specific tail wing model/size that balances the set up perfectly without any needed adjustment.
Our masts are produced by Sab foil in Italy. They are extremely stiff and hydrodynamic, while the Kraken system ensure quick and strong mount onto your board.
The outline stays relatively straight while still some anhedral to provide required stability as high speed and when doing carving manoeuvers.
This wing has a high-speed oriented shape while still maintaining a medium-lift profile to allow for early takeoff in light winds. The higher aspect ratio of 8 allows for incredible glide while the precision twist angles and profile transitions make for a rock-stable ride at maximum velocity.
The span has been studied to match each model with the level and itentions required to ride it. It means that the Osprey offers a real panoplie of high performance wings for every level and conditions.

This set up feels amazing because it offers a wide range of use for riders until 85 kg. It is fast, delivers quite a lot of lift and glide while still properly manoeuvrable when surfing the swell. It is the ideal front wing for small to medium waves surfing due to its speed-to-lift ratio that will allow you to keep up with the wave and surf it for as long as possible. It is surprisingly easy to use, but also provides incredible performances in speed, carving and pumping when needed. CARBON: Our carbon masts are made by Sab Foil in Italy. They are available in the same sizes and models than the ones proposed on Sab Foil website. The profile of this carbon mast has been optimized to have the maximum transversality between different disciplines. With this mast, you will be able to practice Wing-Foil, Surf-Foil, Kite-Foil and Wind-Foil at maximum performance. Design, selected materials and their use make this mast robust and performing, ideal for both speed and freestyle. The Kraken Modular System makes the mast compatible with all fuselages belonging to the same ONIX / SABFOIL range and allows you to choose the connection system to the board between Plate or Tuttle. ALUMINIUM: Our Aluminium mast is featuring an optimized profile section with a robust connection to the top plate and to the fuselages thanks to 2 M8 screws. The top plate is coming with opened chamfers to make it easy to attach to the board without having to dismount the T-nuts. It is attached to the fuselage together with an elegant shim system that keeps the whole connection area stiff and hydrodynamic. If you decide to switch to our carbon mast you can simply remove the shim and keep the same fuselage. Material: Aluminium 6061 T6 Available sizes: 70cm / 80cm / 90cm
We currently offer 2 different models of fuselages and only different from each others regarding the design of the mast box. One model is fitting directly with GONG V2 masts, while the other offers direct compatibility with the complete range of ONIX Aluminium masts and ONIX / SAB FOIL carbon masts. Both of them have extra holes positioned to adapt to other brands - please contact us for more information regarding adaptation of your current mast to our fuselages. The fuselage connects with the front wing threw 3 solid M8 inserts, and a fourth hole is used to locate a zinc anode that ensure good durability and easily removable when needed. This way we ensure a very solid connection to your foil and your mast to create a very robust and direct feeling to the rider. You can fine tune your tail angle without shims thanks to the curve on the tail, and several M6 inserts offer the possibility to use tails from other brands on our fuselages.
